I recomend you should play this game its full of action fire breathing fun there is much more to do and its harder the graphics are exellent with all new charechters new moves and there are new better levels and yuo can even skate board so if your bord what are you waiting for!!!

Iv played all the games and I have masterd all of them except this one. There are so many cool worlds (like skate bording) And all of sparx great action games (which to say arnt easy) i give this game a 10 casue its not only an action pack awsome game but because it has all the great things a game needs to make it # 1

I have played this game many times but less then Spyro 2 and have noticed theat when against Sparx challanges they are extreamly difficult. Not only that but the game in Britain had many glitches and errors in it like when beating speedway races you never get the egg! This has resulted me into missing 4 eggs!! But otherwise, not as good as Spyro 2 I recommend that game more then this one! (:

When I started playing this game I knew it would be awesome, but not this Awesome Everyone except my dad in my whole family likes it. My poor demented dad never even gave it a chance :( It was probaly 2 hard when he tried the 1st one. I have beaten the master and have 122 eggs and going up! I love this game so much! I like all of the little mini games inside of the worlds, and that u have more than just spyro to play! If u r looking for a entertaining, fun relaxing game, that stills offer a little bit of challenge Spyro is the game for u! It has cool graphics and some kinda of fun catchy background music! I love it u start out with all of your abilities u get in the 2nd one! The lifespan in my opinoin is fair and u have plenty of opputunities to get lives. Also in my opinoin It is fairly original and the best out of the 3 for playstation! The 2nd is too hard and the 1st one was O.K. So if u r a gamer looking for a new game give this game a whirl I can almost fully gaurantee who-ever u r u will love this game!

Spyro year of the dragon is a smart, sharp and quick game which has some good, amusing characters(Moneybags in particular)and a generic but nevertheless good game plot. The gameplay is good, the graphics are okay, and you gotta admit this game kicks butt even if you play it not wanting to like it. This game is one of the best i have played the entire time i've had a playstation. i particularly like the touch with Bentley and Agent 9 and the others, it adds an interesting element 2 the game. i have only had this game for a few days and i already like it a lot more than the first two games in this series, of which the second i liked a hell of a lot. Maybe this is alittle bit blustering and im waffling but i gotta make two hundred words or this wont be posted but i loved the skateboard park in Enchanted Towers. The Gnasty Gnorc move lands u two thousand five hundred points!!!!! yipes!!!!!!

Spyro: year of the dragon? seriously, loads of people have asked me if it's good, and i said no, it it not good, not brilliant, not fantastic but marvelous, please don't think i am just saying this, but it's true it is da bomb! My20 yr old sister also loves spyro and when i asked her if she knew of a spryo 4 she said yeah, but unfortunatly only for playstation 2! i hope they get one for ps 1 as well! but all i can say is: THANK U SPYRO, BOREDOM IS LOCKED AWAY BECAUSE OF U!!!

i really really love this game it is way cool there are loads of funky new levels and loads of new charactors ive completed it 117% but i still carry on playing it and killing the enemys and boss levels i think it is alot easier but that is good because the first two spyro games took me months to do but this one has only taken me a couple of weeks (about 3) it was my birthday and mum and dad decided to get me some baggie nirvana pants (as im a mosher) and instead of getting me pants i went in Cash Converters and got it for £19.99 my dad was abit annoyed but now even he s a fan of it (even my mums addicted to it ) were all spyro lovers my brothers fave thing to do is break my course record on enchanted towers (in midday gardens world ) ive done 18000 and hes done a whopping big 24,450 !!! we call him the games master and im the games mistress ! i would reccomend this game to anyone as its fun for all the family to kids to old people even those people who love games like medal of honour and the house of the dead and syphon filter try this game out youll never get bored flaming bad guys and trying to break your lil sisters or brothers course records ! 110-100, buy it !! or miss out from the little obsessed spyro lover karen :)

If you love Spyro than you will absolutely love "Year of the Dragon." The creatures in this Spyro are better than ever. It's a lot more chalenging to but you can decide for yourself. There's no doubt that, if you're a Spyro fan, you'll get wrapped up in this game.

Spyro: Year of the Dragon has got to be my all time favorite game. There's absolutley no way Naughty Dog can top this, no matter how many Crash sequels they come out with. The storyline rocks. I don't care whoever else thinks otherwise, 'cause they must not be true blue (or should I say purple?) Spyro fans. The music is top-notch compared to any other PlayStation X games, and the graphics couldn't be any more seemless. And although I resent that they make Hunter look like a complete moron, I believe that the characters personalities are incredibly life-like. And I mean, who doesn't like skateboarding? The cute little love story is what keeps us all permanently hooked onto the game and asking, "I wonder if Hunter and Bianca are going to hit it off?" And we all kind of figure it out on the second -to-last movie when they make out under a sky blowing up with fireworks. And when this game ends, you want more Spyro. Beileve me, (I've completed this game to 120% about fifty times now) this game is worth the money. Boy, I will never get tired of that little dragon.

I got this game at christmas and have beaten it several times! I only need like uhh 8 more eggs and 1000 gems till the secret bonus world! (located in Midnight Mountain) I jus can't wait till the sequel! (pardon my spelling) I hope all you other peeps go out and buy it!

Spyro The Dragon: Year of The Dragon..I was never informed of this game coming out I just happen to go to Circut City and it was on sale for $19.99 well, I bought it and for the money it's really worth it!, it might be even cheaper by now I've had it for about 2 weeks now and haven't beat it yet! but im not playing it 24/7 either.. But Spyro's graphics, even on his first adventure were remarkablely superior. The fun factor of this game is a 8.0-8.5, incredible in-between movies, time trials, races, and hey you even can get on a Skateboard!, how cool is that!?!?!?! Originality: couldn't get anymore Orginal ;] Overall: go buy it!, its a must have for your collection!!!

On Christmas day I opened it and 5 minutes later I was already playing it. The graphics were great and the music ? It was so much better then the other Spyro Games. Also Spyro was more $#< remove me > at !y and cool. He had a sense of humour and he was so cute. The sorceress? she was ugly man did she ever take a bath? sparx was animated this time and Gameplay was much easier. The characters Sheila, Agent 9, Bently and Sgt Bird made the game more interesting and with the exception of Bentley easier to play. Spyro Year of the Dragon is my favourite game and I can't wait till the sequel which I think is called Spyro season of Ice

I got playstation 2 for christmas and it just sat there, collecting dust.Then spyro 3 comes out and now I think 90% of our electric bill comes from that playstation!It rocks!!

Okay heres the deal, Y.O.T.D. is the best game from all the spyro games. In Y.O.T.D you can swim (unlike 1&2) and you can play as Sparks (Wow!) You can fly longer now useing the special power ups. The levels are funner , easy, but yet hard, & you actually have a different mission to do than just Rescuing big junky statues, now you rescue small junky eggs. That scorceress, oh she gets worse and worse. Unlike the 'Gnasty Gnorc' of 1 & 2. I'm on the last world now and seing Bianca turn good really amazed me! But now that The Sorceress wants to Clip the dragons wings, that just goes too far. She should go suck a lemon!oh, im talking about the other stuff, sorry now, Y/O.T.D. Is probably in the top 5, (Up there with SimthemePark and Sonic the hedgehog) My favorite part of the game is when the Ice Fairy gives you the power to breath ice, not fire(Cool)

I was just playing spyro 3 and it is the best game I have ever played the levels are hard but not impossible and the characters like shiela and sgt bird are really cool. I havent beaten buzz yet so I dont know much about the other then the first area but what a have seen my friends play is great.When i first started playing i didnt know the controls that well but after about 10 minutes of playing i figured out most of the controls they are quite easy to understand. bye

Spyro the Dragon Year of the dragon is awesome but the only thing is that damn sorcoress keeps following you and doesn't thank the cat for saving her in the second world..... stuck up cow Anywho
I think this is the best Spyro game because you can be more people thn just spyro eg Sheila and this is the best bcause you can do skateboarding wif the cat. Even though i havent finished this spyro game i can already tell that it is the best game out of all the Spyro games but this game is still not as good as Harry Poter and the Socerers Stone I think tha the graphics on this game are in the top 50 for play station and on this game the life span is great cos you can swim not like spyro 1 when if you jump in water you die. The sound on this game is great. something else i wanna say is that if you dont have this game you should buy as soon as you can get the chance and if you dont have a play station you should buy 1 then you can buy his game cos it is truley the best spyro game yet.

This was the first Spyro game I've been on, and I think it's fantastic. The graphics are totally believable, and you don't just walk through trees like on most games. The music's a bit corny, though. Anyone who doesn't like this game has to be crazy! I'm looking forward to more Spyro games to come!

Well, I have to say, Spyro 2 didn't really have me hooked, but one day I saw the cute cover of Spyro 3 and I was like, hmm, yeah let's get it. I have never regretted it, and since I got it, it hasn't come out of the machine. You can go as heaps of characters in this game, Spyro the cute purple dragon, Sparx, Spyro's best friend, Hunter, the 'pussy cat' who hates water, (In the speedway levels after you have beaten the other two things) Sheila the Aussie kangaroo, Sgt Byrd the little penguin with a huge attitude, Bentley who is so not a dimwitted furball and Agent 9 who is kinda cute! Just joking! :) Anyway this is da best game for beginners on Spyro, though experience does help!
