championship surfer so far is the best surfing game i ever played in playstation console,good graphics,great music,but to tell you the truth i think this game is too hard for beginers you really gotta have the feeling of it and when you do it feels great SURF'S UP DUDE.

How much better could this game get, although Billabong backed out of sponsorship, Oneill stepped up and the game came out awesome. Who cares if beginners can't pick it up, I don't even play comp games. I only surf, and in this game I can bust all the tricks I've spent years mastering, but now any freak with any sort of feel for surfing or even someone without, can rip like Lopez.

I've played surfriders for Playstion and this game tops it so easily it's not funny. This coming from a real surfer. Surf Rider there are like under 10 moves. In this game there's like 40. The only flaw in this game is the surf locations. They need to be real places like pipeline, tressles, or the wedge. other than that this is great game and I hope to see more surfing games in the future.

I previously owned Gerry Lopez Surfriders and I look back at it and laugh. This surfing game is so good! Graphics are excellent and there is so many moves to do. Needs some punk music i think but overall its an excellent games. I forget the most important thing its got real surfers to choose from and you can catch left or right and the graphics are 3-D. Cant wait for Mike Stewart Bodyboarding !!
