I am totally not the type of person to play video games, but my boyfriend let me borrow his Harvest Moon Back to Nature and I didn't like it at first. I wasn't making money and I actually thought it sucked. So one day I was bored and just started to play it, now I can't put the controller down. This game is like a sitmulate to me! When I'm having a bad day, I know I can count on Harvest Moon to make me feel better. Now my boyfriend gets mad at me because I would rather play it than talk to him. The farming, dating, cooking, and challenge to succeed make this game something everyone can relate to if you give it a change. If you don't like it, give it it until summer of the first year, i guarantee you'll be hooked on the additicting power of Harvest Moon: Back to Nature! Thanks Natsume! Also.. has anyone heard if there is going to be one for xbox? If so, I'm going to get xbox just for that game ")

i got this game by mistacke but its so cool i was suposed to get the n64 1 but i lov this one..but this is the bad part i got elli(or whats her name)to like me then she wont even marry me after i got the blue feather!!!!!!that why i stopped playing!but why your at it can u look at my web page for harvest moon?But no of the other links work yet. rate is from i to 10(10 best 1 worst)

This game is simply the best! You get to farm, have animals (of course u have to take care of them!) AND EVEN GET MARRIED!You also get to COOK! Thats the best part! The only thing i have to say is that the booklet that comes in the container should explain how to have children...I have PS1 and i had a little trouble having a baby with Karen.......though i asked some people and eventually got it...Its very addictive (in a good way) and very fun and enjoyable...if u dont have this game....i suggest u go to a video game store and buy it! You wont regret it!!! Harvest Moon - Back To Nature.

I have found this game to be highly addictive. It's cute and entertaining. The Playstation 2 sequel to this just doesn't compare. This game has so many things that you can do in it, and it has good replayability. If you love raising animals and growing crops, fishing, mining, cooking, and socializing, this is the game for you.

I spent about 3 years looking for harvest moon for the 64, and not willing to pay 200 bucks for one game:P Then i found this one and I'm in love. I'm a little confused because its different from the 64 version, but I like and quickly getting used to it. Popuri is my lady of chioce, but I'm thinking of trying for Elli. Harvest Moon Back To Nature was one of the best games I have ever played. I like the way it is real compared to true life and what happens in it. There are ups and downs, but you can get thru it with time. I really think that people should buy this game. Graphics are really good for Playstation 1 and Playstation 2, so that is a bonus. Cinema sequences cast real drama into the life of the people it involves as well as people who have nothing to do with it. I think that the characters do have their own story, even if it is bad or good, but anywayz gotta fly.

This game is like the best I ever played yet. The first time I played it I thought it was boring so I let my little brother play for a while. Later he said the game was good so played it again now I am so addicted to the game I can't stop playing cause I want to know what will happen if I do this or that.

Harvest Moon Back To Nature is the bomb. If you dont like it you're crazy! Harvest Moon BTN has the Greatest graphics, music, gmeplay , and best of all you can play forever but winter can get tedious but the rest is so cool. If u have lots of animals you must be friends with harvest sprites. If i were you i would go buy this game now because i dont know how long Harvest Moon Back To Nature will be out.

This is the best game I have ever played in my console.The first time I got my hands on it it took me 12 hours to stop. I was so excitted by the completetly new and different idea of farming simulation, even though the graphics were a bit strange compared to other sims but seemed to fit perfect in the whole scenery. I am already in the 6th year (Autumn) and the only thing that is impossimple is for my character to get married due to a bug my version has. I e-mailed to UbiSoft's TechSupport but noone wants to answer me so now I'm trying to buy the game from another country. Anyway one of the best aspects is that violence does not exist in this game, though the music sometimes can force you to do some violent stuff, especially during winter. I strongly recommend to mine, cook or fish during this season. By the way cooking is my favourite part and I have cooked all 63 recipes already (pizza is the best).

One of the best game ever. Natsume is great to combine Sim and Rpg together. I think they could add things like bathroom like n64 and their human have birthday no like other harvest moon like they born in a stone. Their music is great. I think they should add in the nest game a cloth shop since peoples need cloth, the baby should grow out so they can help the man and if the man died they can take over, they should let us go to other town like every saturday to sell our food for higher price and i think we can keep pig for piglets for selling and goat for milk or we can like keep a bird for us to send message with money for Tv shopping item so we does no need to go to inn or maybe a phone in house.And i think we can teach our dog trick for show to like get money. Go and buy the game if u havent do so

This game was the best ever! I liked it cause you get animals crops and other cool things. The recipes are a little hard but it is still cool. Why can't I stop playing this game?? My husband is starting to get upset and my baby just threw his cereal across the room, yet it is so hard to hit the pause button for just a few minutes (Sorry, honey, I'll clean that up in a minute!!) I'm on Spring of the third year and it's like my favorite soap opera. I'm married to Ann and she's pregnant. The Doctor and Elli just got hitched and Harris keeps thanking me for Aja writing to him. I have a huge picture of my horse and I after winning the horse race, Two sheep with golden wool, and one cow with golden milk.6 months ago my brother(who's 5 years younger than me) started playing the game. I watched for a minute and said "Man, that looks pretty stupid" little did I know that I would become just another Harvest Moon addict. Okay, so the music can slowly start to kill your brain cells and delve you into everlasting madness. Even more reason to mute the tube and crank some tunes. And winter can get a little monotonous, unless you really love mining. I don't really like mining so my days seem longer in the winter...I spent a good portion of time sleeping and taking care of my thirty animals. Otherwise, I love the graphics and all the work there is to do. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall months there seems not to be enough time in the day. Between watering, harvesting, and planting fields and taking care of a barnful of cows and sheep, and a henhouse full of chickens, plus petting your dog and riding your horse, I don't know how I get it all done. Thank the Goddess for the Harvest Sprites and Power Berries. Without them you wouldn't even be able to keep up with the animals. It's nice to get done with a full day of work, slip into the house and see Ann asleep in her bed. Then waking up and listen to her exuberate over her growing belly. 100% fun for the entire family. I plan to teach my son the wonders of Harvest Moon:Back to Nature as soon as he's old enough to hold the controller without putting it into his mouth!

Most of these sim kind of games suck, but after I rented Harvest Moon I searched the city to find it. It had been discontinued so I had a hard time finding it, but I'm glad I did. Anyone reading this who hasn't played it should, and fast!

i think this game is so good i must have been on it for about 76 hours non stop i have a big folder full of info and i cant stop enjoying it its the best i was reading a issue of powerstation and there it was i was sure i would buy it when it came out me and my freinds could not stop talking about it for about 3 weeks and when i got it i loved it i sugest you go and buy this game as soon as you have got the money its. its well worth it the reason i love this game is the life span goes on for ages and the graphics are mint the variaty of diffrent things you can do on it is wicked the music is good buy it please

The game is just fun. This game was awsome the gameplay is incredible. Its much better than the hm64. The reason the gameplay is so good is because you get to control the outcome of everything you face weather it be milking your cows or growing your crops.And the graphics its solife like.Like the little critters in the forest they look real, as do the farm animals, sceneres, buildings,and woods.Like first time i went up to mother hill it took my breath away because it looked so real. and the game its just fun.like the tomato festival when you get to clobber the town people with fresh harvested tomatoes. I think its just a really great game for all ages to play.

U should really get this game! I started playin it when i was bout 7 (now im 11). Well I started off with the SNES Harvest Moon, but i got older and more and more Harvest Moon games and i bought almost all of them (even the Game boy ones but there crapy). Well the HM BNT game is better than them all, it has better graphics more animals, a bigger selection of crops, more items (basket, ball, all of the cookin stuff etc.) and more people. The part i likes most is u get to cook. Its really fun to see if the Judge person will like ur food or not. The feedin the animals part is really fun when u feed ur animals and see if they will like u. Well buy this game its great!

Harvest Moon: Back to Nature is the best game ever created. It is addictive, never boring, and you never really finish it. A bunch of recipes, cooking, mayonnaise, cheese, cotton, and so on and so on. You can NEVER finish it, there will always be something you haven't finished. Props to Natsume.

Harvest Moon is a great game! Some people say that it is tiresome repetive, etc. It is not! Everyday you learn something new from the villagers! For instance you may be saving up for your first house extension - u get it! U can now cook food! U r saving up for a mayonaise machine- now you can cook different foods!You also need to be friends with every villager to find out their life story- Ex. In the winter gotz tells u not to go up the mountain because theries a snowstorm- u go up their and u end up in his cabin and he says he's family died in a snowstorm. To actually finish the game you need to play it several times! I really like this game because 1.) Its soo addictive 2.) You arer never REALLY done it 3.) You can play at your own rate! One game i had i wasnt married in the second year and this game im married in the winter of the first year to Karen. 4.) You can cook anything almost!! well thats it i think. I first discovered Harvest Moon in my local video rental shop. I must have sat on the sofa for 3 days running playing this game. Not only does it provide hours of fun, but it helps you learn how to budget your money (something I have trouble with!), manage businesses and how to treat other people.
I've never found a game like this before, it's very unique. The sound and graphics are clear and precise. Just a warning though-I played the game for a few hours straight and when I tried to save it, the memory card froze on me.It's a very large game and takes up 4 blocks on the memory card so try to save it at least every 2 days within the game!!!!
