The most excellant game ever! |

When I first saw my cousin playing Harvest Moon-Back To Nature, I thought it must have been a stupid little kid game. But then, I watched her play it more and more, and eventually began to play it myself. How you can interact with other characters inside the game is very neat and I hope they come out with one for a girl in America. I like the different festivals, planting crops, and trying to find out different ways of getting the things that you want. Like seeing the Fairy Goddess by giving her EGGS is so cool. The whole entire game is a work of sheer brillance and I congratulate whoever came up with this most excellant idea. The graphics were okay, not horrible but not the best, the sounds were cool. I really liked how the music changed when you were in a different area, and when a event started up. That is my very favorite part, the moments that happen with the others are really cool, only I wish that there were more of them. The only part that I didn't really like was how everything stopped going on after the baby could walk and talk. He doesn't grow anymore, and nothing else happens! I mean, no more major moments, nothing to work for, but besides that, this game rocks!!!!! I hope that maybe someday it will come out, renewed so that more stuff is equiped and the game will last for longer. Hope you like the game as much as I do!!!

This one is the best game i've ever played. It has nice graphic, cool characters, good music and a very great story. The best thing about this game is you can get merry with the girl of your choice. I've beated the game to times and still playing it; my goal is to get all the girls in this game like me.

I only got Harvest Moon a week ago but so far its been excellent! I was one of the people who downloaded the SNES version first, and it wasnt all that great. I mean, come on. I was married in summer, had my house fully upgraded by Autumn (of Fall for all you Americans) and 2 kids pretty soon after. Boring. But then I decided to give Back to Nature a try. It was a little annoying because it was $64.95NZ but oh well! The gameplay is great, the sound, although somewhat repeditive, is great too. The only major flaw I have found in this is that it is incredibly addictive and Mum keeps kicking me off my Playstation 2, which isnt so good.

Truly one the most dynamic gameplays ever put into a single game.
Not for the impatient and quick pace person. Just sit back take some time and get to know your neighbors. This game and it's series has been a great staple point for the next RPG. Great colors, and music as well as of cousre gameplay. Been a fan favorite in household since it's inception. Everyone who has seen me play it has gone out and gotten their own and I can tell you it is at least 10 people. I have never been more impressed with a game than I have with this instant classic. To all those who thimk this is a childs or a chicks game think again, this 24
year old would like to challenge your ability to paly this game.

Harvest Moon: Back To Nature is an extrordinary game. It offers many features that include farming, mining, raising livestock, a horse, and a dog, as well as finding the love of your life. The name may sound dumb, but this is a very good game. I have heard that people say that it is repetitive, but you just ahve to find new things to do or find out things about the game that you have nver experienced. This is one of the best game of mine. Well, my remarks are:
Even though the cover looks a little chidish but when you start palying it.. you'll think its a fun game and will continue playing for hours. That's me when i started playing at first. When I played that game, I didn't feel like being around the city. It's like so fun planting, raring animals, communicate with the villagers and some sort of like that. I didn't like using cheats or any gameshark codes. If you use if, it wouldnt be a fun game anymore cos' you cannot earn the money by your own. Anyway this game actually makes me more cheerful when i've started playing... To those whose not playing i advise START PLAYING NOW to get a nature life at 'Harvest Moon Back To The Nature' !!!

I love this game, and the graphics are splendid. It's not my favorite game, because I'm more into action games (i.e. Final Fantasy...), but it's definitely a game I could play for hours on end.
There are only two things about the game that really bother me, but they're not big deals. The first thing is how long it takes to get into another room. When you open a door, it takes a long time for the new screen to load, and if there's new BG music in that particular area, that takes a long time, too. Another thing is how it tends to get tedious after a while; the days are much longer than they are in the N64 version, and after being hooked on that version for about a year, it tends to grate on your nerves. Due to the fact that the days are so long, you find yourself repeating things you've already done, and after about the first two months it starts to get tedious. After that the gameplay picks up a little, but it's just those first two months...

Harvest moon is completely the best! It's fun, addictive, happy and seems so real! It has amazing graphics and kicks ass! I only played it coz my friend recently played it and said it woz amazing so i rented and rented and rented and i couldn't stop coz the game lasts 4 absolutely ages man! It's the greatest game i ever played in me life!!!!

Harvest Moon, to say the least, is a very... cheerful game. I only rented it because it was for years 3+, and i thought it would be a laugh. To my surprise i actually quite liked it. I'm trying to find out where to buy it now. I give it 10/10 :)

Harvest Moon BTN is the single greatest game on earth! Your grandpa died and you decide to take his farm.....but the village decides that they will vote if you can stay after five years. As you struggle to bring the farm up to standards you can also, pick a dream-girl, Compete in competitions, and yes even become a master chef! This is a definate must play game so if you dont have it......BUY IT!

I'm british and I live in Scotland, UK. Where I live, games like this are very hard to come by because of football fans. In the UK, if you want a football game, then you get a huge choice, but if you like RPGs, then if you want one, then you may as well forget it. I rented this game because I was unsure if it was as good as Final Fantasy 9, the tenth rpg to come to britain. I only rented it for four days, and it was nowhere near enough. I din't want to take it back, but I did. And I bought it over a week later, and now I can't stop playing it. I have to at the moment because the british version has a bug in it where it crashes if your farmer gets married, so I've had to send it off to get fixed. I highly recommend this game, it is the most refreshing game ever. It has clost to perfect that you can get, the loading times can be a pain, but you just ignore them. This is great, if you're someone who's looking for something new to try, then I recommend this. It may sound odd, a farming sim with a strong dose of real life, but that doesn't matter, because they're the best parts in lots of great parts. Buy this and enjoy the best game ever, and if Natsume release a new Harvest Moon, I hope it's even better than this, if they can do that anyway. I hope so, this is perfect, fun and once you play, you just can't stop.

The first time I saw the cover of Harvest Moon, I wasnt at all addicted but then I dowloaded it into my computer and soon I was playing for a whole day! I never knew this game would be so competiting and fun. I then bought it for my ps and gameboy. I still play it now because I think it's a little bit eduacating cause you get to learn about life(style).

Since having played(and own) almost all the Harvest Moon games. I thought the N64 version was the best until I played this game. The leveling-up system for tools is much more realistic than in the other games. The only negative features about this game is that when the clock hits 12 or 6 their is sometimes a delay in movement. Also the save feature is somewhat akward in this game because you have to access the "Block Save Section" because in CD games you can't save to the game. Other then that it is a verry good game.

I just want to say this-SCREW ALL YOU DEMORALIZING POINTLESS $60.00 CRAP GAMES, this game is wholesome, fun filled, creativity at it's best loads of fun..... and most of all easy to learn, great replay Value, and Above all else It's an RPG that make Other RPG's SEEM LIKE ATARI's ASTOROID- let me explain-we've got some great Rpg's out there(I'm not arguing that)what I'm saying is, this game didn't need the FF- budget It doesn't have to have crazy ass Graphics it's fine it's fun- Quick shot out to the writers (you did a truely great job) and all the designers and creators-you guys rock for actually coming up with somthing I'm proud to own.....

I played the N64 version of Harvest Moon and thought the game rocked. Back to Nature is even better, Take the N64 game and multipy by 10. This game is bigger, better, and just plan fun. Once you've started playing Back to Nature you won't be able to put it down, I know I couldn't.

It is definetly the best RPG game ever made. The Graphics are better than the first one and the girls aren't as easy to woo like in the first one. Like, in the first one, I was married at the beggining of summer and on this one, it takes me until fall. Things are more expensive. They have a bigger town. It is a game the whole family can play. Its a good way of learning about agriculture(kids tell that to your parents and they will think it is educational;)
It is my favorite game.
