A GREAT LOOKING GAME BUT STILL TOO HARD !! | | MartinDavid from Boucherville, Quebec says (13/Dec/2000): | What first attracted us to Elemental Gearbolt were the great anime scenes and the fact it was a working designs game (Good intro, good box and booklet....but then CRAPPY games !!).
Having played Lunar, we were expecting something that worth the $4 dollars we put into it's rental. We were amazed by the intro but then it stopped ; when the game started !!
First of all, the graphics seem that they don't belong to this era of the PSX.
Second, your limited in your actions, I mean, a big fire blast, a puny water blast and a scattering lightning blast.
Somebody give me a broad sword !!
The worst part of the game is...well you guesses it ...it's too damn hard !!!
We played this three days straight and we weren't able to get throught it.
All in all, this game is worth playing if you're a hardcore fan of the shooter type.
Otherwise, in your frustration you might cause permanent damage to your controller. !!
