Our thanks to...... | | Chris & Adam from Donegal says (11/Nov/2001): | So here we are again, after our short stay in jail for peddling marijuana. But it was a set up,we weren't selling it, we were buying it! Anyway the judge said we were two of the most violent people he had ever set eyes on,and to our defense we clamed that 'grand theft auto' had made us do it. But that didnt work and we got sent down.
Enough talk about us and more about one of the greatest game ever made for the playstation. As you may or may not have guessed this review is about grand theft auto.
Graphics, these are not the most pretty part of the game, and they were probably nicked from micro- machines on the MegaDrive but man they make the game more fun. Some of the scenes are generally disturbing (but not as distubing as CQ's new ho Jack Hoff) like running down a poor pedestrian and leaving a blood skid mark on the road.
The music for the game is introduced via the car's radio- station. The songs are some of the best in any game and the plugs for the radio stations are hilarious especially 'The ballad of chapped calhoon, by the late sideways Hank O' Mally and the Alabama bottle boys'"men folk find 'em women scary ' cause they were so big and hairy"(even more like Jack Hoff). Anyway the gameplay is like sex, you never get bored of it unlike CQ who has never known the touch of a good looking women.Once you start this game you will never want to stop playing until you've finished all the missions and killed nearly every thing that moves.
Missions range from slapping b*tches to escorting the mayoress to Bubbas stickey love nest, thought why its sticky is still a mystery to CQ.
A big up to Anton,Mick and Paub for all the support, especially when we were trying to break into that house thanks for holding the ladder. A big thanks to mom and dad for paying our bail and bringing us into this world. To judge Bennett you are one corrupt S.O.B. To all the guys who helped us dig that tunnel under the wall that helped us smuggle in all that porno. Respect to Axl, Xander, Manus, Al, Alex and 'Nice guy Tony'(our parole officer)Finally to CQ and Jack Hoff may they live happily ever after. P.s. shes cheating on you!

The graphics may not be 5-star, but as i play this game, I feel as greasy as an actual thief. The gameplay is never ending. I have been addicted to GTA for a couple of years now, and once I played on it for 198,000,342,000 hours, which I think shows my love for the game. When i needed the toilet i just $#< remove me > at ! myself because i couldn't force myself away from the playstation. I eventually had a chemical reaction with the game, which left me with no choice but to leave the game as i was rushed to hospital. The funny thing is, I am still struggling on the first level. Therefore GTA is the best thing since the day i beat Al kenny, 16, in a game of basketball.
