The game is so good, just a bit more improvement and it will be perfect. |
| Gerald from USA says (28/Mar/2003): |
Needs the latteral, You need 4 good cb's to cover even bad recievers. The only thing that stops that is a heavy blitz or rush. Make the kickers get injured more easily. They should get hurt after a late hit during a field goal. Catching, running, intercepting is so good. Have more and better historical players. I'm not don't know if you already have these guys but unless it is for only 30 year olds, have Jim Brown, Walter Payton, Chris Carter, Bo Jackson. The game still rocks.

Some other Suggestions |
| Wes from Monongahela, PA says (3/Aug/2003): |
I have heard a lot of great ideas, and this is my opinion, I'm a HUGE Madden fan. I think that matter should take a slight turn towards "WWE Smackdown" stuff.. What I mean is, one thing like Nick said earlier in another post. that would make the game untouchable, is Press conferences(or clips of such), Interviews, Super Bowl Presentations, A more interactive Draft, stuff like that. Locker Room Interactiveness. To make the game more realistic. Otherwise, the game is great.

Come on people its just fine!!! |
| Ken from ATL,GA,USA says (15/Feb/2003): |
If you dont like the game because of a few little missed options by EA, then YOU make a BETTER Madden game. Sure the computer is faster than you, but if you dont let them catch the ball then they cant run, so just get better. I love the All-Madden difficulty, it makes it a little harder to Stomp the computer. I also only listen to rap, and the misic matches the game fine. I just dont understand why people bad mouth games they could make any better themselves.

CPU overvalues draft choices |
| johna from atlanta says (30/Jun/2003): |
I am afraid if you make it any better I will have to quit my job, but anyway, here goes. The CPU overvalue future draft choices. This works both for and against the player. I could draft a guy number one overall and he have a great number (80) and still I could not trade him before his first season started for anything above a third round pick. Wierd. The reverse is also true you could get a young fast quarterback rated a 99 for two low first round picks.

Absolutely superb!!! |
| James Gilbert from Oxford, England says (16/Dec/2002): |
I think this nis a very good game, especially the graphics, they are amazing. The game plays are so good with loads of different choices which you can play from training and designign a team to an actual match and playing with that team which you can design! I gave this game 10/10 because I think the gameplay is amazing and all the aspetcs of the game are thought out well and the whole game runs smoothly! Thank you very much for making a superb game!

Raiders,Bucs,Giants.The worlds best teams. |
| David Jackson from Preston,Lancashire,England says (7/Aug/2003): |
Madden is by far the best foozball game on the market and maybe the best sports game altogether. The only thing is you need to know quite alot about the sport and rules, luckiy I do.
Although a couple of things that would make it better are a Superbowl and Probowl presentations instead of the normal build up.
Also as I saw before locker-room interviews with players and coaches if they have been playing ecceptionly well or very badly.

Making it Happen |
| Bryant from Madison, WI says (28/Mar/2003): |
Bottom line this game is self explanatory- The graphics are concise however so realistic and the commentary's dont repeat itself too much- The players profiles are also realistic and their skill level is accurate- I really dont know what game players all over would do without had no Madden games ever existed? This is by far the greatest football game that was ever realease, unuminous decision. One love Madden in company...

It`s come a long way! But theres always room for... |
| Jim DeLise from Ichikawa City, Chiba, Japan says (4/Mar/2003): |
The Madden trilogy has come a long way for sure. I can live with some of the imperfections (I`m not gonna list them `cause we all know what they are). In my opinion, it gets better every year and I kind of enjoy those little quirks. It let`s me know the difference in realities. I live in Japan and the Japanese version is great! Keep up the good work. I would love to see classic teams from the 1920`s to the 40`s though.

THE BEST EVER? You tell me |
| Terry Howard from Dayton, Ohio, USA says (2/Jan/2003): |
I think madden 2003 is the best football game that I have ever played. The HB option to the WR reverse. Is why I would give madden 2003 a 10/10. The madden cards would be great if you could unlock the locked cards cause they dont tell you how to if anybody knows please tell!!!. besides that from the graphics to the challenge of the play is yet the best madden football game ever made can't wait until 2004.

Other games don't come close. |
| Moe from Philadelphia says (17/Jun/2003): |
Madden 2003 on PS2 is by far the best game ever made. Its that easy. Other games, you get bored of playing after a period of a few weeks or even a month or two. But not this game. The franchise mode, which can extend up to 30 years into the future, is the best feature of any sports game ever made. The draft, the rookie scouting, this is the peak of video games. All I can say is, bring on Madden 2004.

Owners Mode Rules...but what's with the runaway games? |
| A gamer from Shreveport, La. says (31/Aug/2003): |
Madden 2004 still has all the characteristics that made it the best BUT... what's the deal with the CPU unning away with certain games. Ex. Detroit Lions intercepted about 8 of 12 of my passes and every one was run back for a TD. Thats ridiculous! I have been playing Madden for 12 years and consider myself a decent player. So, I know that this is the first year I have had this problem. WATCH OUT!

ok |
| A gamer from United States says (24/May/2003): |
best game in the football world. the graphics and rosters are updated. rent this game if you already own an older version of this game. i am impressed with the all around series. this year is not the best wait til next year to buy. not liking the lac of change ea did to this game. ea is the best company out there with any video game. get a diff. sport video game if you are looking to buy.

this game has a horrible franchise |
| Dennis from medford,mass,usa says (12/Dec/2002): |

Stuff you need to add |
| chuck from Rochester NY says (29/May/2003): |
Madden 2003 is the beast one yet because its for the best game system but besides the graphics the other things like injuries.
Sometimes when aplayer gets hurt the sometime dont be holding what they hurt they be holding there leg when there arm got hurt.
Also the draft should be more real. The team creation should be better because there team logos are fake. Also

EA does it again. |
| Brandon Duty from Abingdon, USA says (10/Jan/2003): |
Over the past years EA Sports has set the standards for ALL sports games. Madden 2003 is no different, and leaves all other football games eating their dust. There is no reason that the abscence of the option feature depreciates the games quality. It can be assumed that the folks at EA will continue to grow in leaps and bounds with their technology for gameplay

Stadium Rebuild |
| Mike D from Charlotte (NC) US says (6/Sep/2003): |
The game is awesome to the fullest. However, when you select a colored background for the end zones in the stadium rebuild feature, it doen't take place. Maybe it's just that I'm doing something wrong. If any of you know of how to accomplish this or even if it's broken, please let me know. But the game is still a winner in my books!!!

!Bang! what a hit in the game industry |

Madden Rules |
| james hatfield from Paris, France says (10/Jan/2003): |
Madden is the father of football and has set the standard for PS2 football games. For all you who complain about EA not including the option, SHUTUP! If you want to run the option play NCAA 2003 (Which by the way is my favorite game on PS2). Until then, just whine on Lee Corso's shoulder sweethart because Madden 2003 was perfect!
|
Maddens the best no questions |
| Kieth from USA says (8/Feb/2003): |
Without Madden football games would suck. This game is great and gives you alot of options. Its fun to tryout all the modes and to bring your team through the franchise mode(wich I think is the best feature ever on Madden) Madden will forever lay the path for football games.Maddens the best damn football game ever.
