MEADOW MAGE(Key guy to battle against)... Everyone probably knows that battling the meadow mage is a good idea because he gives you "GOOD CARDS"... The question is: "How" or in how much time. I'll tell you in a while. Cards I got from Meadow Mage:
1 Meteor B. Dragon
7 Dark Magicians
2 Skull Knights
4 Gia the fiece Knights
From Kaiba I got:
1 widespread ruin
2 swords of destructions
3 acid trap holes
From Pegasus:
1 Bright Castle
From Heishin:
NOT GOOD CARDS AT ALL!!! So don't duel HIM.(I've dueled him 129 times and the best card I've gotten from him is mystical sand.)
THE ONE THAT YOU SHOULD DUEL AGAINST IS THE MEADOW MAGE.
In order to get his good cards GET GOOD RANKINGS WITHOUT GETTING too many low rankings for about 1-20 duels and in one of those duels it is very possible to get Meteor B. Dragon.
When I dueled Meadow Mage my first 1-20 duels I got Meteor B. Dragon. (Getting just 1 "C" rank, no "B" rank, 14 "A" ranks and 5 "S" ranks, I got the card.)
If you plan to defeat him with just twin-headed thunder dragons remember to equip (if you have any):
Dark Energy
Dragon Treasure
Invigoration
Umi (a magic card... use it on meadow mage to take away sogen and increase your twin-headed)
Here are some other useful cards you'll eventually get with good rankings:Skull Knight and Dark Magician
When you duel the meadow mage and get Skull Knight (I got him in my 70th duel) put "MERCURY" as your guardian star and get yami (a magic card to power it up) It's also the easiest way to defeat millenium shield easily and it is very useful to have these equip cards for both Dark Magician and Skull Knight:
Dark Energy (Could be used on both)
Yami (Helps both)
Those two aren't rare to get just battle Heishen and you'll eventually get dark energy. The easiest way to get yami is to buy it.

My name is Josh and I have had forbidden memories for a few years and i have learned a few things about this game. First off, when someone says that you need to beat someone 20-30 times to get a certain card, that is a lie! ex: i played against jono 2 287 times and never got a red eyes black dragon, and another time and game I fought him 3 times and i got 1, so don't be discouraged if you do not get the card you want really early.
*As a general tip: tec wins get you magic and traps mostly, pow gets you monster cards generaly, if you didn't already know!
here is a list of cards you can get from certain people:
bandit keith: metalmorph s-pow, right arm of the forbidden one s-pow
pegasus: megamorph s-tec
low meadow mage: dark magician a-pow s-pow, gaia the fierce knight a-pow s-pow, meteor B. dragon a-pow s-pow, ect...
seto2: blue eyes s-pow
heishien2: head of exodia s-pow, 3 parts of gate guardian a-pow s-pow
a nice little fusion: time wizard + embryonic beast = summoned skull!
my deck has only a few good cards: 3 Meteor b. dragon, 3 red eyes, 3 meteor dragon, 3 dark magicians, 3 bright castles, 3 dark energys, 3 dragon treasures, 3 time wizards, 3 embryonic beasts, ect...
this is not a total as any person can see, but i will be back to help more with the list.

hello my deck is the stroggest i got 3 blue eyes uitimene 1 from acode of infinaty chips which is go to main menu and press triangle, triangle,up,up,circle,square,up,down you will have to do it again. also if you want very good cards like blue eyes ultimate dragon then beat seto 2or3 also you can get it from mouintan low,high mage and hishema 1or2 you will have to beat them a lot of times and no hishema is not inposseable to beat you just have to keep trying and if you have weak cards use twin headed thunder dragon by fuseing so have alot of dragons,thunders,and equipt cards

this game is great i got amazing cards from the low meadow mage you can get good cards like 3 dark magicians,1 meteor black dragon,3 curse of dragons,3 gaia the feirce knight and 2 crimson sunbirds.thats where i got my cards from but i'll tell ya cheat.write if you want great cards do this cheat if you win when it says you win while it swirls around press cross and when you did it wait until it 's done the winning part so when you pressed cross wait until it says you win without swirling press cross again and you might get a good card but i got my meteor black dragon from my 5th turn so the the cheat is great. heres cheap great cards 06740720 and 54752872 now see ya.

this is the best game ever once you play it you cannot stop I was about to throw other games away but they cost too much my best card is Gaia but I can get him up to 5000 i got past all the mages except for the desert,aqua,and mountain HIGH mages.Heres some TIPS go to free deul and deul Shadi and Bandit Keith. Deul and beat the forest mage around 20x and get the perfectly ultimate great moth(3500)(3000). Deul joey and beat him 25x and he will give you red eyes B dragon,but you have to get all S,A,or B ranked deuls,but not on forest mage.Also deul the meadow mage alot and get rare cards.I got 2gaias, 1 D. Magician 4curse of dragons, but I did not yet get the Black Meteor dragon but working on it.

meteor black dragon does not take 50 wins to get i beat the low meadow mage 189 times and i got 6 meateor bs 5 dark magicions and 6 skull nights and for the person who asked for how to beat the fat guy if u looked down i had said how already keep fighting the meadow mage (the low one) in free duel and u will get really strong cards like dark magician meteor b and skull night also if u have enuff star chips buy a twin headed thunder dragon hes only 1900 starchips wich is relly good for his att power 2800 also if all your cards suck.. have 3 of those crawling dragon #2s and at least 3 lightning people like immoratal of thunder or bolt escargot.. to form twin head thunder dragon wich is prolly one of the best cards in ur situation.... also having the right field card will help u since ur facing a meadow mage and he uses a meadow field change it to mountain or sumthing so ur twin head is stronger... plus have 3 rageikis its prolly one of the most important cards i beat the game and i still keep 3 with me... and since i beat it a while ago i cant remember if the hi mage has gate guardian but if he dus thats were the rageiki comes in.... or jus keep fighting low meadow mage to get meteor b dragon and put him in SUN....thatll boost him so hell be stronger.... hope this helps

alright all you have to do is beat the meadow mage (low) a lot of times (I fought him 300) to get good cards like dark magician, curse of dragon, meteor dragon, gaia the fierce night, ect... also fight henshin 2 for the gate gaurdian pieces, sanga of the thunder, suijin, and kazijen, so you can make gate gaurdian. once you get all three pieces on the field place a magical labrinth on the the field face down and then place a METALmorph (not MEGAmorph) on top of it to make the gate gaurdian ritual. I had to battle heinshin 2 879 times before I got all the pieces. He also gives you skull knight, firewing pegusis, zoa, launcher spider, harpie's pet dragon, Exodia's head, and many other rare cards. Nitemare also gives you extremely rare cards like tremendous fire and Dian Keto the Cure Master. It would be best to just tech S him for rare magics. Seto 3 gives you the Blue Eyes White Dragon (pow S or A) and Crush Card (on tech S). My deck can beat all of them with little trouble so try to match it if not improve it: 3 blue eyes, 3 meteor b dragons, 3 red eyes, 3 meteor dragons, 3 MEGAmorphs, 3 dragon treasures, 3 widespread ruins, 3 twin-headed thunder dragons, 3 tremendous fires (just for fun), 3 bright castles, 3 skulll nights, 3 ragekis, 1 harpies feather duster, 2 dragon capture jars, and 1 curesbreaker. MORE TO COME IN MY NEXT HINT PIECE.

Grabe, this game is really hard. It keeps you stocked. But I've never meet such a hard game. Especially when your already at the point in saving Taena. That time you can no longer save the game. It is so hard because if you don't have that kind of luck you know when at the start of the game you will draw 4 equip cards and one weak card for example the Black Luster soldier with 3000/2500 power. When you receive this and you'll see your opponents using the gate guardian. It is so hard.
Then you are already with nitemare then you will have that situation, its really very hard. But I enjoy it. Actually i've already finished the game...........
At the first time I did not know how to fuse cards but after so many trials, I knew it. There are so many patterns that fusing can give you. For example, if you combine an elf with a fiend that look like a human, or a spell caster you will arrive at the dark elf with 2000/800 power. Exactly inverse of the mystical elf. So if you want to have a monster lie it just use your elf then so on. Then use The Following Upgrades:
muvenlent nuzzler
Book of secret arts
Cyber Shield
Electro Whip
Then yami (the dark terrain)
It will power up your monster to 4500/3300.
Hint never Set your monster to moon Because mostly of the strong monster are set to sun.

It's a good game when u get into it but at da begining dey give you bad cards. Bur if you type your name in as yugioh or KANOMI they will give you YUGI's deck or just good cards. It is the best game for PS1 I wish there is a cheat for getting starchips.

this is the best game in thw world for me at the momment. if it is defensive cards your looking for then go no further. i will tell you the code and the card. laabyrinth wall and millennium sheild are two cards that have 3000 defence and both of them cost only 200 star chips. the passwords are labyrinth wall (67284908) and millenium sheild (32012841) with these two cards you are practiclt underfeet able you can also get power ups for labrinth wall such as magical labirnth(64389297). you may only enter each password once and 3 is the most of a certin card you can put in each deck

Hello, I am here to help the newbies and veterans alike on their story, and with fusions.Heres some 'elp on story mode. To enter the labyrinth, first beat 2 high mages(I prefer beating all of the mages)and then go to the hidden dueling grounds. Joey will say that Teana has been kidnapped, and he'll take you to the vast shrine. Beat the labyrinth mage(Beware, 'e uses Gate guardian, so have either a raigeki or a dark hole in your deck)and follow these directions: >,>,<,>. You'll meet Seto and Teana. This game rules it has lots of great cards and unlike most games where after about an hour the in game music gives you a headack. It's music it not that bad you can really stand it plus it challenges your duelist skills and you will start to find your skills from the game spilling over into the real card game. I love this game and if you don't have it you would really spend the money on it. i would give it a million if i could.

i got exodia 3meator b. dragons i got six blue eyes white dragons and other cards. this is a tip you can beat people a time and not get a good card. Thats why you need to beat the person more times like 8 to 70 in the middle or somthing you will get cards 2000to3000.
im a really good i beat the game 8 times in a week.

u will start wit weak cards at the begining but eventually u will wander deeper into the game n will fight mages...here's a hint,when uff deafeated meadow mage,save yr game n go to free duel n duel him...try to S/Arank him lots of times to get good n rare cards.for me,i got 5 dark magicians,2 skull knights,2 meteor b.dragon,3 curse of dragon n some other good cards after 65 battles wit him...after u got 3 dark magicians n 2 meteor b.dragons,n noes how 2 create twin headed thunder dragons,u can go face heishin but have at least 2 dragon treasure to equip meteor b.dragon.i defeated him the second time n he gave me a zoa n another 1 in the 4th battle.Next,go duel bandit kenith n try 2 get a "metalmorph" card from him,fuse metalmorph n zoa n get a metalzoa ATK:3000 DEF:2300 but u must b patient n ned lots of luck to get those cards,till then....
