Pacman was conceived at lunchtime...literally which was designed by S.I.R.Toru Iwantani & Programmed by Hideyuki Mokajima and crew. Well,The designer was very hungry, and ordered a whole pizza for himself. He took one slice, and Pacman was born. The game took 1 1/2 years to complete, and had five people on its team. In the original game, Pacman locks up after the 255th level and this lockup does not occur if, at the end of level 254, the number "255" appears at any point within your score.
Reminds me of PC Games Chip,Ski,etc.,.Due to Predilection with changing words to vulgarities by scratching part of the word off (Puck to...well, you know), it was changed to Pacman. The name Pacman is derived from the Japanese slang word "paku-paku", which means "to eat". Pacman is the greatest selling arcade game of all time, and is arguably the most well-known video character. It had its own cartoon, lunch box, board game, and hundreds of other products. Pacman was also the first game to have a "character", and changed the face of video games forever. Pacman was the first video game to be as equally popular to women as it was with men.Pac-Man was first introduced to the arcades at the end of 1980. The voracious little critter caught the hearts and imaginations of the public like no other game, and is the hallmark of the golden age of video games. This game is a Collector's item and do not think twice about buying IT as this is One game which has 20 levels as IT is the 20th Anniversary Edition which is full of the amazing 3D Graphics, Excellent Music. Do cheack out the Return of the Arcade Anniversary Edition too from microsoft Corporation and Namco. Hats Off to S.I.R. Pacman.. I am sure that you all will like it.I rate this game as 10++ anyday. Play IT to Believe IT..!!!!!!!!

| who to win in the _______ Rex | | Kagome Higurashi from Wellington,New Zealand says (26/Jul/2004): | How to win to run through the place but watch out for arrows just go left if it is kind of near the wall and you see a little bit of space, go through the gate that goes up and down and do the same when ever you see an arrow,go through another door yor'll think that you've won but not yet,you'll have a view more challenges allong the way they'll be a hand in front of you and a heart that is shaining red-blue just do these steps:
1.Go to the left or to the right jump over to the square.
2.Press the square buttom and then wait until the bothe that looks like a beast opens and then shuts.
3.Do the same to the other 1 next to you and the other 2 on the other side it even gets harder as you go.
When you are done get the thing that is spining around and you've won.
| Buy it OR ELSE!! | | John-James Hercules from Dagenham, England says (26/Apr/2003): | Pac-man world 2 has a lot in common with classic Pac-man but a lot of diffrences-find out for yourself in the arcade. Speaking of which i good,but WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GET THOSE DAMN TOKENS TO PLAY THE GAMES!?! Its annoying. Any way Pac-man is one of the best PS2 games money can buy,and i truly reccomend it to gamers young or old. And if you get fed up with playing Pac-man world 2 you can play old Pac-man, Ms.Pac, Pac-attack, or Pac Mania so buy it now!

I found out that this game is pretty cool, Although, you have to collect tokens to play some of the coolest arcade games! I think it would be a much nicer game if YOU COULD PLAY THEM FOR FREE!!! Also, why is it that you can fly? That is so lame! Anywho, This game isn,t to bad. I would consider this game to adventures people.

ITS VERY COLORFUL AND THE GRAPHICS ARE SWEET. THIS GAME HAS NEW 3-D MAZES AND ALSO THE ORIGINAL GAME IS ON IT. YOU GET A NEW ADVENTURE WITH PACMAN WORLD TOO. SO LIKE YOU GET 3 GAMES IN ONE AND THATS COOL. THE SOUND IS VERY GOOD TOO. THE LIFE SPAN IS A BIG 10 BECAUSE WHEN YOU BEAT IT YOU WANT TO PLAY IT AGAIN AND TRY TO FIND EVERYTHING AGAIN AND GET A BETTER SCORE.
