Humm, a game with no direct connection with the film but helps the hours pass if you are looking for a not too difficult mind test. | | Joe Gooner from London, England says (15/Jul/2001): | As adventure games go, the Fifth Element is one that you will either love or hate.
There is no direct connection to the film, which, incidentally, was filmed close to where I live in London, apart from the characters of the same name, the few vid clips at the start of every level and ...... that's about it.
The game play is easy and can be mastered in minutes, graphics are average and there is no change in the difficuly levels as you progress.
There are a few sections which require some thought and skill, but luck will normally get you through.
I would recommend it to all 12 year olds who enjoy shoot em ups, hand to hand fighting and seeing strange looking characters, who by pressing R1 or L1 (on playstation) can do wicked side cartwheels.
Top game for evenings when you are bored of all other games. The worst point with this game is that it can become quite addictive, as most dodgy games do, as it appears at first attempt easy enough to complete and most people who haven't completed any other game want to be able to say, "Well I have clocked Fifth Element." I am that type of person and in all honesty for it's lack of graphics, need for skill and lack of music, I enjoy it!!! In the words of Cartman, "Mostly it's fun, Mostly!"
