I've finished the DMW3 game (although it doesn't have clear-save data or whatever they called) and now started to play DMW1. My 1st impression is this game is totally different compare with the 3rd one... and I mean TOTALLY different!
In this game you have to take care your digimon very well and teach us to be patient especially to give what your digimon need. Man, first time I start, my digimon digivolve to Numemon, not my favorite and It's very weak too... And after few day It dead, so disappointed, but actually it was my fault (I don't have to explain).
Personally I don't give too much attention on graphic or sound. The graphic is good, shifting from day and night or else, design or when battle, in fact, I think its one of the best and better than the 3rd. But for sound; I didn't hear music like on DMW3 except sound effect or when battle.
But my point is, this game it not like a RPG (DMW3 genre) game and it doesn't work that way on how to get stronger or your favorite digimon, basically it is very steady and very slow, and it's remind you to learning from a mistake; not to repeat the mistake again. And top of all is learning to LOVE your digimon... I blame myself not too like Numemon >_<
My advice, it's OK if your digimon losing lives or lose on battle (I read it's actually affect on your digimon digivolving or tamer level? I don’t know-I doesn't that far) and start from fresh or in-training level, don't worry... IT'S FUN!

So far so good, I've got one more recruit into my city and I'll get the agemon chips. I have alot of ultimates now, attcaked etc to max 999 got a medal too. There is two mega in the game one is machniedragmon the evil one, and two is herculeskabuterimon which I've won and turned to ultimated. To get a kuwagamon I had it before was a accident, I have an kunemon then make poop soemtimes and got the kuwagamon looks real good its a viruses digimon thats how I beaten the evil doctor. I've just recruit a digimon from padorama a rare one forgot's its name (Mamemon)becuse I play Digimon once a week. The secrte of getting medal and max ultimated like mines a Ultimated winged greymon attcked defenced etc to 999 is simple eat in the restaurant with digitammamon he'll let you eat and soemtimes eat all the way but you have to get around 500,000 bits to get everything 999. When you fought the rare digimon from Padorama he'll ask you (I fogot) ''Do you want to fight him'' There is an option to fight and say later (if say letr he will appaer next year) So make sure you have a strong digimon his ate will be 4300 hp etc I beaten him 25.444 sec with my ultimated. Email me and you'll go all the way. One more things to do is get my digimon sicked and get a frigimon he'll take me to his ice house and come to the restaurant then I'll have angemon selling good stuff. To Intermetdites!!! (Don't buy chips from devilmon it will decreds your tamer level and can killed your Digimon) he sells brain chip etc around 4000 bits. Okay, Now am moving up the The masters tamer level 8 use to be 12 after the devil chip hit me. Now am easily moving up the tamer level every time I played the game becuse of the retuarnt and the ice trading place. Mamemon is 30th day at afternoon. jack from holland tell me the secarted hehehe. My main ultimated stretegy is just ate and grew strong...belive it or not. Now am going to try the three trainning manuals next week. I don't have much to do right now but colleting sage fruit etc.

This game Rocks although its a kids dream to go to th digimon world and meet all digimons and even battle them this game brings it all breeding your digimon to be unbeatable and also learn to care for them. i rated this game a perfect 10 overall
the only downside is i can have MACHINEDRAMON as my partner I REALLY REALLY NEED Machinedramon to be my partner, I idolize machinedramon for he is so cool and kicks any enemy(joke only hehheh)many digimons in this game is hard to get such as mamemon and piximon for me this game rocks and lastly i beat the game with my metal-greymon with his tech the buster dive which givres large damages with this tech and prper stats this digimon will never fail you. next is getting tyranomon he is one of the most fastest strong digimon to get the buster dive anyway try making your digimon unhappy is a gamble but sometimes this trick work believe me ..like angemon to devimon or metal greymon to skull greymon until next time BYE..!!

It's one of the most addictive games I've played raising your own lil' monster to fight from a tiny fluff ball into a deadly dinosaur :P The only bad thing about the digimon is they don't last long enough which I find extremally (sp?) annoying when it evantually becomes strong enough and then fade away but it's still fun to raise them all over again. I haven't played or bought version 2 or 3 but from other reviews it really doesn't sound like it's worth buying at all. My rate is 15 I think and compared to some people's... It doesn't look good for me. I've only managed to raise the one ultimate and I'm finding it really difficult to raise another and deafeat the tougher digimon in the game who can join the city. Any way what kind of digimon and of what stats does it need to beat Birdramon? It'd be nice for any tips or anything :D

First of all I must admit that this game is really fantastic. I'd like to help giving some tips that I found alone. If you want to make Shellmon come to the city you must first have passed from the Ogre's Fortress and make the floor at Great Canyon to collapse. Then go to the elevator and when you go the second floor go through the entrance in the fortress and your Character will say: the elevator makes the ground to rise (or something like that). then DON'T go straight but do the circle through Freezeland. When you return you will meet a Goburimon blocking the way to Great Canyon's breidge. fight him and when you pass you will meet Shellmon. The gole point is to make floor rising to get to Shellmon and when he comes to the city he will open a Press! I hope this tip will help you enough.

i first got this game ages ago but lost it, then i final found a pre-owned one in a game shop and got it again i had to start again like but not a problem, i still have da files on memory card, *digi onJIMMY* was da file name but yet on da new game i got it was different and couldn't use my old files ... but other dan that its graphics are good for the date it was made, could of used less pollies in the 3d modles.. and da skins coud of been lightened up a bit more, but i give graphics a 8/10... i have a city population of 41, and i cant seam to find any more digimon, i just got a nummon to join and andromon sed he'd open gates when he's done wot ever he is doing, wot is da population needed for faculty gates to open ??? ... plz e-mail me wiv some help

hello all, my name is Greymon, and i'm a very stuck digimon. i need help with this game, the game is good, but i need some help. i need help with fighting Garurumon in Freeze land, sorry about the spelling mistakes, and to find all the rumours on Shellmons bourd, i can find Seadramon in the lake, and go to Bug land or summat, but the rest i need help on. Also, i need help on digivoling Greymon to War Greymon and also, how to evolve Gabumon to Garurumon and its ultaimate level, and what to next after u beat Tyrannomon and where to go once u go through Speedy world or what ever u call it, look, if anyone can tell me where to find Giromon and Nanimon or what ever hes called, the digimon that was sleeping in Orgemons hideout when u go to get the diamental or what ever key chain that makes u have lots of space in ur bag, and if anyone can help me on how to complete the game, i'd be a verry happy digimon, see Tai hates it when i get upset, he thinks i'm ill or summat then we sometimes argue, so, if anyone here can help me, i'd be very grateful, or if anyone has just got the game and needs help on a special thing that i've done so far, i'd be happy to help, or if u just need a friend, i'll be that too, and dont worry, i wont bite! also, can anyone tell me where i can find Giromon and where to find him smashing a computer, i looked everywhere and i cant see a smashed up computer or Giromon. anyway, please help me someone!

I got this game when I was six and I think it is excellent. I have also got the Strategy Guide which has really helped me. The best Digimon I had was Phoenixmon, a beautiful four winged vaccine type Digimon, but the Digimon I would really like is Megadramon the most powerful Digimon in the entire game. I am still finding the game really difficult though so if anyone can help me with some cheats, I would be very grateful.

I will tell you how to get very strong ultimates in trade for telling me the things i want to know. But I wanted to say one thing: There is no regulair way to get a wargreymon or another mega. Those are not on the digimon chart and are unable to get unless u have a gameshark. You may have a little chance to get them with that way. Now lets get to the things i want to know: My only real questions about getting digimon are how to get the champions i don't have yet. Champions like Kuwagamon, I keep trying to get him but the only 2 digimon i recieve are kabuterimon and coelamon. So if anyone knows how to get kwuagamon plz tell me and i will m ake sure u get a (very)
strong ultimate. or if u wish to know how to get a digimon in youre city. (ive got all digimon u can get in the city) If u make me happy i will do the same thing for u with making sure u get that ultimate u want

Digimon World is superb. It's game format is the best ever. The desingners of this game should be proud. I am going to get Digimon World 2 and will expect another great game. It's great how you can differ your digimon evolutions by raising them differently. This game which I bought a couple days ago has taken my whole life over, I could play it for life and not get bored once.

Once I bought this game I wouldn't put it down! I'm still not very far in the game but I'm getting there. My best digimon is MONOCHROMON, and his attack power was over 700. But he died at 14 days, and MERAMON was the best digimon that I beat with him, but I was on my way to BIRDRAMON when MONOCHROMON died, and man that stunk! MONOCHROMON may be strong but boy you have to feed him a lot. Don't get a MONOCHROMON untill you have over 100 food item or you may end up with a really angry and wild MONOCHROMON, because you can't feed him.(trust me)

Digimon world,is one of the hardest games i have ever played.There are many reason why I think so. One reason is the you have to take them to the bathroom, if they don't make it to the bathroom they will go wherever you are. This makes them mad and also make them digivole into some weird digimon. Another reason is that you have to feed them. If you don't, they get sick. When they get sick, you have no doctor or any medical to help them and then they die. I think that the makers of this game mad it to hard. If you make a game this hard, a least make it interesting!!!!

this is the best game i have ever played the graphics aren't the best but i cant't say enough that this is the best game for all the people that haven't played this game you should rent or buy it when i first got this game i played it all night because i liked it so much it took me awile to figure out the controls and stuff like that but once a masterd the controls i had the best digimon.

It had tons of Digimon and it was like haveing a pet so you had to feed it and let it go to sleep and it got on my nerves.It didn't have the right digivolutions but the game line was ok.you meet lots of digimon and learn tons of moves.it wasn't even clos to the next digimon games.

This is what i call a GAME!, i have digimon world 1, 2, 3 and also Digimon Rumble Arena, but this is the one i like the must.
Wanna know why? -your digimon is what you make of it, treat it bad and you get a bad digimon (Numemon & Sukamon), but if you treat it kindly and strictly, you get amazed with the results!. -it's fast, easy and simple but never crappy. -you just have to care for 1 digimon at a time. -the fighting stile is very cool and dinamic. -tournaments between friends are a lot of fun. -it will keep you ocuppied for weeks the first time you play it. -the dificulty increases as you advance in the game.
the only thing i don't like about it is that everytime you go to another room, you have to wait a little, but it's an exellent game and i recomend it to anyone who likes the anime.

This game is hard, but very spectacular! I only got 1 ultimate digimon who is MegaSeadramon. After that, I have to train harder
to get an Ultimate digimon. So far, my prosperity rate is 29. I got a Dimensional Key Chain from Nanimon. I found him at the Ancient Speedy Region. I really want to have an Angewomon(That's if the game had it.) so anyone who can tell me how to get her, please response. I have a lot of Sirloin and sm recovery. It's very hard for me to get an ultimate digimon, but it is very easy to make my digimon's discipline and happiness full. Calling everybody, please teach me on how to get an Angewomon!

The graphics is good, and the Digimon are very loyal to me. I have Vegiemon which allows me to get Sirloin. The bad thing about this game is that you can't control your Digimon's "poop" release. The virus bar will get higher and your digimon will become Numemon or Sukamon. But the sound is great(Especially at night). Most digimons became full easily, so food is not a problem. All in all, the game is awesome!!!
