i love dragon ball z but dragon ball z budokai laks movement you cant control flight you cant walk its as if his feet were tied up when they perform a super move you cant stop them in the show they have a move that bounces the super moves back at the opponent when they turn super sayen there not stronger difference is the hair changes how bout when they turn super sayen they have the ability to push back the super moves and moves that they do a super kick since it just dosnt happen every game has its flaw theres nothing wrong with this one im just stating how it could be better its awsome i just wish for future games for them to change it to more free movements no matter what ill always be a dragon ballz game collecter to me as long as it always has new characters im there but theres always room for improvement dragon ballz is a very awsome game

ok strait up at u guys, Final bout kicks, Only 4 one reason, Because Budokai 2 doesnt have the GT dudes...but then it wouldnt be DBZ Budokai...i bought Final bout today for 14 bucks in a game shop...i bought DBZ Budokai 2 the day it came out and got everything mad fast...the only thing i loved about it was the cell-shading and the fact that u didnt unlock people easily by goin through story mode once, u needed at least 4 til u get Kibitokai and all the other good stuff. but they need to put the lvl up system back in or at least come out with a RPG style DBZ other than for GBA...those r my thoughts and im stickin to em...peace...Flyzik (singer for Right Went Left)...well i have extra words i have to add....ooo if neone play PSO for GC...my characters are FLYZIKMAN, FLYZIKMAGE, Sephiroth, and Atomsk...highest right now is 111 (flyzikman). No adapt for online yet cuz no one sells GC adapter for online so if neone knows a place in jersey and can help me tell me!

I just got my DBGT game running (after getting the PSX Boot Disc for Japanese games-which GameStop doesn't include in the whopping $150.00-though found DBGT cheaper on other sites-google it). Besides the price, the game has little drawbacks. The camera angles move like the cartoon series. When you administer a big attack, it kicks the c**p out of your opponent by pushing them out of the view-which you follow. Some of the characters (before unlocking the codes for others) are a bit "jerky"- Cell and Piccolo - but besides that- if you love DragonballZ/GT, then this game is a must have! If you have a PS2 only, then you're SOL - only works on PS1 and Greybox. DBGT Final Bout is as good (for a '97 version) as Boudaki (except no transformations to SS) but DBGT does give you SS4's - if you know the secrets.

DragonBallZ is one of the best television cartoons ever!!! The game is apsloutly wickid!!! dont diss dragonballz cause the magour bomb. All my friends love it and so should you!! iCant wait to get the next DBZ game..gonna be fab! All u out there who say its rubbish and stupid, you gotta watch it and see foryour self its sooooooo good!! Games are excellent too

let me tell u upfront this is one of the best dragonball z/gt video fighting games youll ever come across.The intro is done verywell with animated cutscenes showing a great battle with cell buu and freiza.Theres over 19 characters to choose from including goku chibi goku vegeta trunks cell freiza kidbuu aswell as manyothers join the fighting lineup.Theres also i build your character mode similiar to ub 22 but diff.The moves and combos are awesome i personally see nothing wrong with this game except i wish the blocking of finishers would be easier but once you get into this game its hard to put down . deffinitely pick this game up if your a fan or even a non fan of dragonball its great.

My Ps2 is messed up so I can play it tommorow, but not today!!!!c this game looks tight!!!! DB Gt is like the wrost in the DB trillogy because of all the plot holes!!! Piccolo couldn't even take on SS Gohan. Piccolo in the andriod saga could take on 17 eaisly but ss Gohan who is weaker than 17 and hadn't trtained for like 15 yearrs to be stronger than Piccolo who did train and was stronger than 17 who is stronger than a SS. But when baby gets control of SS Gohan he beats piccolo likes he is nothing!!!! Maybe Baby gave him a power-up when he goese inside his body????? Anyway, there is only Ten charrecters, u need to unlock them!!!!! This game would've gotten Ten stars but they don't have one of my fav. charecter's: Uub!!!!! Why don't U put uub in this game??? uub is from GT mostly gT and took on Bas Goku just fine.
Uub rocks. ss4 Goku is going to be in the game!!!!!! i love Ss4 because that's the strongest Ss form ever!!!!!!!!!!!! there's Goku and Kid Goku in the game!!!!?????????? That's like Ultimate battler 22. This game is better than UTB22 becuse this got beter graphics, better controls but Ultimate Battle 22 has more charrecters!!!!!!!!!!! But Final bout's better!!!!!!! pan even has her own techeig, the double Ki blast. It's her speiacalty. There's SS Gt Trunks, base Gt Trunks and Future Trunks. There is Super Baby , he's like mega cool!!!!!!!!! This why this game rocks!!! I need to play it!!!!!!! The only down fall is the plothole and it doesn't have ss4 Gogetta, Uub, super 17, Ss4 Vegeta and Omega shrenlong!!~!!!!!!1 Other than that it's good and I need to play it!!!!!

This game rocks especilly going SSJ5 goku but that is only after u have the cheats and if u have the correct cheats u can go SSJ4 vegeta and SSJ3 vegeta and the best thing about the game i like is gogeta SSJ 5 he is awsome and i have heard of a new game called "fight for the universe" and in that u can go goku SSJ 5 SSJ 6 SSJ 7 and vegeta can go SSJ 5 ultra 5 SSJ 6 and SSJ7 and trunks can reach SSJ4 and gohan can go ssj4 and SSJ 5 and goten can go SSJ 4 and brolly is there in this game as well as a guy called goshin and 15 more characters i hope u all play fight for the uni verse

I think the game "Dragon Ball Gt" is ok, but there's somethings missing i mean how can't you play with Vegeta super sayan level 4 in this game, that was my most disappointing thing i have seen in this game and how the fighters move to slow i mean Bandai did a good job but all of us dragon ball fans expected better like at the cartoon the Z fighters they move quickly that would be pretty cool, well enough with the bad things the good thing is that they included a lot of the dragon ball characthers and their KI blasts are pretty cool, but Bandai could have done better than this.

The graphics are the bomb and tons of players and moves. You can build your characters' levels up so youcan battle your friends. I recomend you buy the japanese version with a converter because the US version sucks. The US version is real slow but the sound is still great and so are the rendered voices. If you love DBZ like me you will love and charish this game if you buy it.

To me this game is pretty good for a few reasons: (1) It is a challenge to get your level up until i found an easy way to get it up "20 Lv. in 1 battle". (2) It is a game that if you dont cheat it can be long and fun. (3) Graphics are good for a game in 1997 (4)Life can be fun when you have a lot compared to the other person...
Bad parts obout the game: (1) It's selection of characters is lacking in a few could be good fighters if you know how to use them; Krillin, others buu characters. (2) Super Ki energy attacks could have a bigger selection than two or three per character. (3) more hidden characters like gotenks. (4) Sound could use some work.
I haven't played the other dragonball type games so i can't compare ,but I think its still a fun game. so my rating is a 7.

This game is great...but not that great. It has a great lack of characters. And it has stupid characters that are really the same ones that just look different(Trunks). Yeah, it's fun...for the first couple of days, but when you find out it lacks characters, energy attacks, and moves, you find out it sucks. Yet it is still fun if you're a diehard DBZ FAN! "GOKU WHERE ARE YOU"-Krillen Well if you wanna get da game don't or if you don't then get it.

this game is veary good to almost all aspects of play.the gameplay is quite good althou i have heard it is slow in
the american version.and as for the slow turning well all hardcore fans like myself would know that it should be there because if you watch closley enough youl notice in the show the characters allways do that so i beilive that
it was put there to give it realistic qualities.the controls are great and easy to learn.i understand people giving it
a bad rating because of graphics but then again think of when it was made.thats all i realy have to say exept buy
this game and play till your fingers are 1 inch shorter

First of all this is a must buy for all DB/Z/GT fans. And second if you are really into action fighting games you should own this one if not you are a total BIZITCH. I've seen every thing there is to see about DB/Z/GT even the three T.V. specials and the show RULES just like the game, for everybody who was pissed when Vageta got man handled by Freeza in The Freeza saga in DBZ pick SSJ Vegeta and rip Lord Freeza a new one. Over all Dragon ball final bout is a really cool action packed game and the graphics are nice and clean for a game made in 1997 plus you have three game modes to choose from. Theres the main game the Tenkiachi-Boudaki and theres also a build up mode (a tip in build up mode:if you own a previous Dragonball game like ultimate battle 22 and your build mode character is at a high level go to the memory card screen on final bout and save under the level you are in the other game and your final bout build mode character shoul become stronger)any way this game ruls the sounds are about a 9 and the game play a 10 I learned how to use the controls pretty fast and i like them the graphics rock and it is full of action ,the meteo attacks are cool the power beams like the Kame ha me ha wave and others are cool and the voices are the exact as in the series over all this game deserves on a scale from one to ten it deserves an eleven.

This is a must get game if you like fighting games and if you are a Dragon Ball Z/GT fan. I give this game a 10 rank because it's easy to handle , good graphic's , great fighting tactic's , and finally they all have their own moves . Also you can train up a character and fight with him/her against a friend if your friend has a fighter trained. I've trained up Vegeta and got him to his max level which is 250 and he's the strongest trained person of all time he's never been beaten all my friends tried to and they ask whats my secret to training. I'm a big fan of Dragon Ball Z/GT and I have all the GT Episodes on my computer all 64 of them so i know everyone in DBGT. Did you also know there is Dragon Ball GT Final Bout in English ? I have that to but it is not cheap the used is $60 and the new is $150 - $200 that is alot of $. Another reason this is a must get game is that there is alot of characters 18 - 20 characters in the game and they all have their own moves. Well that is all I have to say on Dragon Ball GT Final Bout.

i just got the game about 3 days ago and it is one of the best games i have ever played it took me so long to get it about 3 years but when i finally got it i played it all day the game was pretty challenging the graphics were not that good but they were for its time the game was kind of slow with the fighting until you learn how to fly and do kick attacks all in all i thought the game was great

Dragon Ball Final Bout rules.The intro at the start is one good intro to put it lightly. You can play one player and get through all the characters and all the secret characters. Whoever you fight depends an who you are. The graphics are great as well,I probably liked them so much because they're 3d which I think is cool. The fighting pattern of the game is just like the episodes all the moves are here. The voices are great even though they're in japenese it's still fun to listen to. The music is brilliant the intro music is from final fight. Okay I beat the game the day I got it but it's so addictive that you keep playing it. The lastability is pretty long on build up mode which is great and hard. You also have tournament mode which is good when you have friends round so you can prove you're the master. Build up mode is amazing my ss goku great. The character selection good have been a bit better. They good have added a few more majin buu forms, vegita normal, gohan super sayian and so on. Final rating fun for a longgggggg time.

First of all this games is awesome. The moves are sweet,especially when you are versusing your friend and then just before you unleash your full power Kamehameha and you say" Say goodnight" is just an great feeling. However, the game could've have had more characters like Bebi Vegeta or Tien. Also there is not enough energy attacks, like for one why doesn't Vegeta have the Galik Gun? Despite these slight set backs, this game is a total blast to play. The first time I played, I just used Vegito and destroyed anything in my way. This game will last a while and be fun practically everytime you turn it on. If you haven't played it,GO RENT IT!!!! For those who have seen the magic ogf this game, they know what I'm talking about. So as I said before this ame is toally awsome but it needs a little more. Anyway for you guys who like DBZ and have a one of the playstations, theres no excuse to pass this up

My review has to be longer to get posted, so i'll write a real review.
Dragonball Final Bout is a good game but has a lot of room for improvement. This is the only dragonball game that has GT characters in it, so that is a plus. one thing is that this game is way too easy. I beat the game 4 times in 30 minutes. This games graphics are like circles piled on top of each other. The voices are way off from the show, Trunks sounds like he's retarded! UB22 is a better game than this, but Budokai for the PS2 is the best out of all of them.

Firstly, I liked to say to everyone who hated this game your all stupid! Final bout is the greatest beat-em-up on playstation ever! The graphics are a little blocky but there literally brilliant! The sound is fantastic and the intro-movie is great, the battle mode is simple: choose a character and dish out combat with loadsa excellent attacks! My favourite game mode is build-up which lets you make a character become stronger. I love all of the attacks and the meteor and counter attacks are brill, this is my second-favourite game to final fantasy VII and it kept me going for lengthly hours, i give 10/10.
