Dragonball Fibal Bout is very dissapointing |

You see this is well not very great because of it's lack of stuff...But it's still an ok game!
Graphics:5 Ok so there not that good and at times they look blocky and the anime scenes are sometimes not very bright or color full.Theres nothing thats suprises me in this area of the game.
Sound:8 For all sake it has very very good sound but still its not perfect but good enough.But the noises are great,but if you punch someone it sounds like you dropped a glass pot on the ground and that really dosent mix good.
Control:6It can be hard at alot of times to control it and when i found out how to do the control right it still seems a little awkward.And when you get to the Master Fighters it cheats alot even when you press the right botoons.
Fun:7 Its ok fun but yet a lack and very dissapointing.I really dont love it but i would rent it only if you are a fan of this type otherwise you will throw this game in the garbage pan.
Only buy this game if you like Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z.

First of all let me say that this game is anything but slow. Pay no attention to reviewers that wrote those things because it is not true. Actually, the only slow thing about this game is when your character is turning around.
Graphics-These Graphics are great! The characters hair looks very real andthe backgrounds are awsome. The moves like the Kamehameha and Final Flash look very real.
Sound-The sound is good. When the fists start flying the characters grunt. You can also hear the punches! Wow.
Characters- Now character selection could have been a little better. There are like 6 Gokus and 4 Trunks. No humans whatsoever. And there is no SS Gohan. Come on people.
Controll- The controll is alright. The only real bad thing about it is trying to counter your opponents attacks. Very Simple conrtroll of the character though.
Replay- This game is so much fun. It is very challenfing to unlock SS4 Goku (which I still havnt done). Build-up mode is fun if youd like to raise your attacks power.
Multiplayer- Excelent Multiplayer. You can challenge your friends to a tournament or you can put you and your friend build-up characters and destroy each other.
Fun Factor- Fun once you get the hang of it. Dont use the same characters and dont use just ki attacks. This game is much more fun if you switch your characters and use hand to hand combat techniques.

this game is veary good to almost all aspects of play.the gameplay is quite good althou i have heard it is slow in
the american version.and as for the slow turning well all hardcore fans like myself would know that it should be there because if you watch closley enough youl notice in the show the characters allways do that so i beilive that
it was put there to give it realistic qualities.the controls are great and easy to learn.i understand people giving it
a bad rating because of graphics but then again think of when it was made.thats all i realy have to say exept buy
this game and play till your fingers are 1 inch shorter

one thing i truly dont like about it are some of the contols. The characters are awsome they look very realistic. Im a friend of Johnny Bloom. Its not my game but i played it with him. Im hoping to get a game like this very soon.

This game is great...but not that great. It has a great lack of characters. And it has stupid characters that are really the same ones that just look different(Trunks). Yeah, it's fun...for the first couple of days, but when you find out it lacks characters, energy attacks, and moves, you find out it sucks. Yet it is still fun if you're a diehard DBZ FAN! "GOKU WHERE ARE YOU"-Krillen Well if you wanna get da game don't or if you don't then get it.

I spent 250$ for this game and i can say that i love it and i it was worth every single cent, i've gotten gotenks(god that was hard) and gogeta(my god that was worst) and they were worth and ti and right now my char vegeta is at about level 83 and kicks total ass,this is a MUST HAVE GAME!

To me this game is pretty good for a few reasons: (1) It is a challenge to get your level up until i found an easy way to get it up "20 Lv. in 1 battle". (2) It is a game that if you dont cheat it can be long and fun. (3) Graphics are good for a game in 1997 (4)Life can be fun when you have a lot compared to the other person...
Bad parts obout the game: (1) It's selection of characters is lacking in a few could be good fighters if you know how to use them; Krillin, others buu characters. (2) Super Ki energy attacks could have a bigger selection than two or three per character. (3) more hidden characters like gotenks. (4) Sound could use some work.
I haven't played the other dragonball type games so i can't compare ,but I think its still a fun game. so my rating is a 7.

Dragonball final bout is by far one of the best fighting games!!! I dont know who or why someone would complain about this game. I am an extreme dragonball z/gt fan, so when I got this for my birthday, I was sooooo happy. when I played it,I was so amazed. The sonds are great, and the voices are just like the japanese version. My favorite character to use is vegeta. He is my favorite character in z and gt. Everyone can throw beams and fly, but I love doing thier meteo attacks the most. Thats a super combo that can be done up to 10 times! It just needs ss4 vegeta, and wheres goten? And they could of hade a Vegeta wih sayain armor, but over-all the graphics are good, sounds are great, the game is great. But it could of been slightly better...

Dragonball Final Bout has got to be the best DBZ-GT game out there. The graphics are totally awsome, and the characters voices sound just like they do off the series ! The best thing I like about the game is the meteo smashes, take Goku's for an example, he would punch you alot then he would do an instant transmittion, then kick you alot, then it does the same routine over and over again. The music is incredible, and the intro is great ! The song in the intro is called "Greatest Fight" it's a great song. There was one thing I wish they could have done and that was to put Vegeta into his GT out fit and have him selectable as SSJ 4 Vegeta. The game has a story mode which you can go against everybody in the game including the secret characters and last person you fight would be Golden Oozaru Babi Vegeta. It has a vs mode, a Tenkaichi Budokai tournament mode, and a build up mode ! The game has Goku, chibi Goku, SSJ Vegeta, Mystic Gohan, Pan, Trunks, Future Trunks, Cell, Majin Boo, SSJ Vegetto and SSJ 4 Goku ! This is a very good game, but Bandai could have done a little better.

This is a real awsome game i wood definitly recomend this for dbz fans.
the 1 disadvantage of it is that it doesnt hav very many characters so it cood b improved there and its a real awsome 2 player game build up mode is fun and well yeah thats all i hav to say,so it cood use with a bit more ppl>.

Dragonball GT Final Bout is a mad and really cool game. I like using Buu, Gohan and Pan, I think they got heaps good moves especially Buu with his self-destruct. But there is a downfall, they should have heaps more characters and the game should be faster when they turn around, it makes the game slow when they turn and makes it less like Dragonball GT. But besides that it was a pretty good game and alot of fun. And if any one can help me by finding out all the characters' moves you can email me at Jenuine_is< remove me > at yahoo.com, thanx alot.

The graphics are the bomb and tons of players and moves. You can build your characters' levels up so youcan battle your friends. I recomend you buy the japanese version with a converter because the US version sucks. The US version is real slow but the sound is still great and so are the rendered voices. If you love DBZ like me you will love and charish this game if you buy it.

The game is so cool it has amazing graphics and you can get codes for new players. The kick combos are so cool and the special blasts are awesome. My favorite characters are super saiyen 4 Goku Gohan super saiyen trunks and super little Goku I strongly suggest you try this game.

DB GT Final Bout is a really good game. The graphics are the best out of all the Dragonball Z Games. The super moves are really good especially Vegeta's. The game has a variety of characters such as Trunks, Frieza, Cell, SS4 Goku, and such. But the action is not as good and as high speed as I thought it would be. The game has a good story line but not quite in the right chronological order as I expected and it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The best thing about this game is the graphics, some action, and the characters because of Super Goku 4. But if you want the fast action you expect from a DBZ game get DBZ Legends or DBZ Ultimate Bout 22!

I'm a huge fan of dragonball z and I always wanted this game.so when I was opening my presents on christmas, I couldn't believe what I saw. dragonball final bout. so I started playing it and it's graphics are awesome!! their attacks are really cool especially when they do their specials. i also learned how to fly so you could go faster. you hold L1 and press up, right, or left. so i think if you're a big dragonball z fan, and have a playstation, then I suggest that you go out and buy this game in stores or off the internet because it's a awesome game and there's no reason not to buy it.

I am a huge fan of Dragon Ball Z, and GT. And when I purchased this game I had high expectations, I felt that it was to easy even on the hard level and that there weren't enough characters. While reading these reviews everyone complains about not having SS4 Vegeta, what about regular Vegeta? But enough about the bad things. I thought that graphics were much better than some of the older dbz/gt games. And that the characters that they did choose to use were well replicated.

Dragon Ball GT is a game of many limitations one of the most disapointing ones is that you can't play with Vegeta super sayian level 4 one of the best characters in the GT saga, and the other mistake was not to let the Fighters move fast and deadly like on the cartoon it self. Well that's it for the bad stuff now on with the good ones, in this game you can play with almost everybody and their trasformations, and their energy blasts are super cool !!! .. Bandai if you read this, you could have done much better !!!

I think the game "Dragon Ball Gt" is ok, but there's somethings missing i mean how can't you play with Vegeta super sayan level 4 in this game, that was my most disappointing thing i have seen in this game and how the fighters move to slow i mean Bandai did a good job but all of us dragon ball fans expected better like at the cartoon the Z fighters they move quickly that would be pretty cool, well enough with the bad things the good thing is that they included a lot of the dragon ball characthers and their KI blasts are pretty cool, but Bandai could have done better than this.

I am a huge fan of Dragonball.When I bought this game I was so excited because it is such a rare game to find, but when I got home I don't think I have ever been so disapointed in my life. The graphics are terrible. The gameplay is unbelievabley slow. The difficulty of the game is extremely easy. Sometimes, when you would press the punch button it would take 2-3 seconds before the character reacted. The only thing good about this video game is the characters are Dragonball characters. If you are a dragonball collector I would maybe buy this game, but don't expect much of anything out of this pathetic excuse of a 1on1 fighting game.
