this is,in my opinion,the best rpg ever made.The characters are the part of the game I liked best,character developement through the game was so awesome.By the end of the game I almost cried,because throughout the game I really started to feel like I knew the characters(like they were my real life friends or something),and by the end of the game when Hiro departs for the Blue Star,I felt like i myself were leaving all of my friends behind to go to an uncharted place.Another thing i really liked(and still like to this day) about this game,are the anime cutscenes,they were so well drawn.I mean,they were so good that(even though im only 14)they made me want to become an anime artist for video games and anime movies.Anyways,I recommend this game to ANYONE and EVERYONE who enjoys rpg's and is willing to put about 50-70 hours worth of gameplay into it.Thumbs Up!!

i really realyy like the game!!! wel.. it's the first rpg game i ever played and it rocks!! i really like the music and the story!!! even thoguh it's only for ps1, i stil think it's one of the best rpg games in the world!! u guys should play it!! it's really heartbreaking... the scenes r really inspiring... especially when it comes to hiro and lucia... ahh!!! my gosh!! i give it 20 out of 10!!! i really really like the music!! the creators r so good on making the story... i even like the story better than ffx!! i wish that they'll make another lunar game!! mabe part three... this game is really an inspiration to me... it's so passionate!!! and the characters are really good too... i haven't played lunar 1, but i'm sure that it wont change the fact that lunar 2 is the best... at least for me.. i know that other folks like too right?^__^

I'm a enormous fan of RPG games. I started playing when i was only 3. Well anyways, Lunar 1 was realy good, although it kinda sucks that u can only get bromides and other items at certain times. Lunar 2 allows you to get everything whenever u want. The best part of the game for me is the classical music. My favorite songs in the game are Hiro's battle, boss battle, Zophar's arrival, Zophar's revival, Taben's Peak, sweet victory, golden voice, andfalse Goddess. All you people should play more RPG games. it's educational and loads of fun.I learned about this game from my cusin Dan To. If you people have never tried this game then you better buy it while you still can!

This game was excellent. I didn't think that it would be that good, since i don't really like the anime thing instead of the cinema scenes, but at my friend Jeremy's urging, I bought it anyway. Wow, my sis is annoying. Anyways, it was a fun time playing this game, i just couldnt put down the control once i started playing its like a freakin addiction or something anyways, it reminds me of Final Fantasy 3, which is, in my own personal opinion, the best RPG ever made. Nothing else could ever come close to it. all the other ff's combined are not half as good as 3. anyways lunar 2's good.

This game was great. I'm a newbe player and havent seen the full action. But hey i love this game. It has asuam sound stuff. The music is beaten only by lunar 1. I sat and played and still havnt beat it but the game has been non stop action. They even have bromides and talk about charecters from lunar1!!! I hope that they can bring me a 3 & 4.... mabey even a 5 soon. Want i really want to see is the black and blue dragons. They were just there. Their story would be a great game. Well untill we see the new ones!!! LATER!!!!!

Looking at the cover of the game i didnt think much of it but once i learned the story line i got really into it. It was a very cool game and after i beat it i was pretty mad that that was it. So I got the second one. The second one was the best also it was just as good as the first but this time you had more side quest after you beat the game which makes the game even more better. I hope to see a Lunar game come out for another system but with better graphics cause the girls were pretty hot expecially Luna. :)

This game has it all, music, gameplay, story line,and the great anime scenes.They combined CGI, with hand drawned anime perfectly. This game was worth every penny. I Played The Silver Star Story for PS, and this one lived up to that, if not better. The only thing bad about the game is that sooner or later it has to end. Just when you start to love the game. Well I suggest to any real RPG player to buy this game, cause if you don't your no RPG fan.

I Never Liked Rpg's Before But after I played Lunar 2 I really got into it. Lunar 2 Is about the best RPG in the world!!.
If this game dosn't take 10-20 Consistiant Hours out of your life Then you must have an early Bedtime!!!!!! I would hope to see another Lunar for playstation Sometime.....
P.S The Guy thet said Lucia's voice sounded Like a 5 year old Girl Should beat the game and listen to the outtakes and carefully Listen to her voice.

The game is a non-stop thrill ride from start to finish. John Nguyen, no offense but your review sort of sucked. First, Lucia doesn't sound like a 5 year old, she sounds like a confused girl searching for the answers to her problems. In which in the game she is. Learn how to spell I counted 8 mistakes in your review, so before you make fun of someones voice in a game check your typing. Peace out and get a dictionary

this video game is awesome cause of the graphics and the story and in the parts of the video game its like a movie and looks like real life. but at the end is very hard for me because i couldn't beat Zophar. but on the other hand its good. but i didn't play the lunar1 yet. but i hope to buy it soon. i would recommend this game to everybody who likes adventure and people who like video games.

When i bought this game i thought that it was another final fantasy 5 knock off but as i got into the game i saw it had alot more stratagy. I love the way you can put your charactors anywhere on the screen. The Cut Scenes are made amazingly and the "Making of" disc really showed me how they made the game. By far is you have $80.00 who cares if you need it for rent spend it on this.

Whoever did the voice for Lucia is very pathetic. She like 16-18 and have a voice of 5 years old grl. Hiro voice was done very good. my last comment, seriosly, the game everything was fine, except lucia's voice and the spell cast... is it rediculous..... "yeah i love it" Ranfard. shiet it's stupid as hell........

I love lunar it has the best anime clips, I never thought that they would make a playstaion RPG with anime clips like this its astonishing. I definetly hope they make another lunar they have to make good money off these games to make more there always sold out.And i tell my friends and they tell theres so they need to make more.

This game is good but lacks real hardness. It isn't hard and has no real challenges (puzzels or other things that challenge the brain). But on the other hand has a very good game play. And I admit the seens are awesome and the jokes are good to. I recomend it to anyone that has any worries about it!!!

well, this is the sequel and the same as the first one, this game absolutely rocks!! stotyline never falters, sond are still great and the gameplay has just improved. graphics came better and of course, the cinema is still one of the best!!! it has the same mesmerizing ability as lunar silvar star...

Lunar 1 and 2 are both awesome games,an RPG fan should play it. They have graphics and anime clips which you would not believe no other RPG has it so you must try it.After playing this game I want them to make like 5 more just so I can play them all, this is a must get game for RPG players.

Lunar 2 is a game that was very anticipated.The gameplay is exceptiontly well for 2D graphics, anyone who didn't like this game is of course entitled to their own opion, but you can't fault the game for your personal preference.

If you give this game half a chance it'll suck away 40+ almost consecutive hours of your life and you'll assuredly expect more of every other RPG afterwards. It's just that good.
