Here are some frequently asked questions at StationPlay.
If you can't find what you are looking for, these questions and answers should be able to help you.

Q. I can't find any information about a specific game
A. StationPlay has links for has over 2,000 different video games. Games are added weekly.
You can find a game using the search box or the A-Z listing. If you are using the search box try entering just part of the game's name. For example use "tomb" for "tomb raider 3" or "metal" for "metal gear solid". If you can't find your game using the search box, try using the A-Z listing where all the games are indexed alphabetically. When using the A-Z listing make sure you are using the full name. "Fifth Element" is really "The Fifth Element".

Currently we only cover PlayStation, PS2, Xbox, GameCube and Dreamcast games, so if you need information for a different platform we can't help much at the moment. If a game isn't out yet and there aren't even any previews for it we then probably won't have information about it. Try looking for it at a later date. If you still can't find your game on the site then send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

Q. Could you send me some codes / cheats / a guide or walkthrough for my game?
A. Have you found your game page on StationPlay? If not see the above question. Links to all of the codes / cheats / walkthroughs I know of on the Internet can be found on the game page. If you've found the game page but there are no links to cheats or guides then we don't of any sites with cheats or guides at the moment. We get about 10 new links a day so you could try again at a later date. We are working on a "notify me" feature that will notify you for updates on a specific game. Subscribe to our weekly newsletter and we'll keep you updated.

Q. I tried a cheat I got from your site but it doesn't work. What gives?
A. StationPlay only links to cheat sites. When you click on a link for a cheat or a guide (or a review / preview) you are transferred to a different site. The content is owned by that site and you'll have to ask them about it. I can tell you in advance that their answer probably won't be much more helpful than mine. Most of the cheat sites don't have time to validate the cheats that are sent to them. The best they'll do is remove the cheat if they get complaints saying a cheat does not work.

Q. I heard about a certain cheat or special level / option on my game. Is it true? How do I do it?
I myself am no expert for most of the games. I only play them (like you do). Most popular games will have a guide / FAQ for them soon after they are released. Your best bet is to read the guide and see if the author refers to your question. If not then you could try emailing the author (who usually is an expert) and asking them directly. The only cheat I know of that is definitely only a rumour is the so called "nude cheat" in Tomb Raider.
